HOW TO RELEASE Stress Out Of Our Body 1

We all suffer from some type of anxiety nowadays and it is absolutely alright to feel nervous about work problem, exam, taking a decision. But in some cases anxiety is really out of balance as it had a persistent place in our brain for a longer period of time and could lead to more deep deprivation such as disorders 

In this post we will focus on some main criteria of how to differentiate it from the normal type of anxiety, its’ types, causes and diagnosis. 

First of all let’s focus on symptoms:

Panic, fear, and uneasiness

Sleep problems

Not being able to stay calm and still

Cold, sweaty, numb or tingling hands or feet

Shortness of breath

Heart palpitations

Dry mouth


Tense muscles


Types of disorders

Panic disorder shows off as intense sweating, chest pain, strong heartbeats. In rare cases even heart attack.

Social anxiety disorder (phobia) doesn’t allow you to handle well the every day social situations such as feeling overstressed about being judged, embarrassed or ridiculed. 

Phobias – for example from flying

Generalized anxiety disorder This is a feeling of intense stress or worry about something without an actual reason. 

What causes anxiety? 

Simply stress. Stress that is caused by the environment or even your genes. 


whenever you spot these symptoms you need to see a psychologist that will examine your medical history and if there’s nothing really obvious to find out what causes it will send you to a psychiatrist. There’s not a lab test for it. 

Apart from the standard medical treatment that might help, there’s alternative ways of how to release the stress out of your body and psychic and feel the balance back again.
